Shipping from the Temple

Every TI YA RA piece leaves our atelier in Ubud, Bali by tracked express courier to your door.

Rates
Bali: Same-day delivery, $10 USD. Complimentary on orders over $100. The Temple is your neighbour; your piece can be with you before sunset.
Indonesia: Standard shipping, $10 USD.
Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei, Hong Kong, Taiwan): $15 USD. Complimentary on orders over $150.
Australia and New Zealand: $25 USD. Complimentary on orders over $250.
United States and Canada: $30 USD. Complimentary on orders over $300.
United Kingdom and Europe: $35 USD. Complimentary on orders over $350.
Rest of the world: $40 USD. Complimentary on orders over $400.

Timing
Pieces in stock leave the atelier within 2 to 4 working days. Express courier delivery is typically 3 to 6 working days once dispatched.
Pieces prepared to order are cut for you and travel as soon as they are finished. The making takes time by design; timing is noted on each piece.

Duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duties or taxes levied by your country on arrival. These are set by your customs authority and are not collected by TI YA RA TEMPLE. Your courier will contact you if anything is due.
